Bugfix: locked temp image files - isImageFile()

When using isImageFile() for certain formats, if the file wasn’t an image, Lucee was leaving the file locked.

1.2.0.1-SNAPSHOT is the latest, it includes TwelveMonkeys which adds support for additional image formats
